RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase (ordered wrong size, colour or style) you can return or exchange the products within 14 days from the moment they were delivered to you. However, we do not refund the original shipping charges nor the return shipping cost. The cost of delivery in both directions is paid by the client. Unless you are making the return or exchange for the reasons beyond your control (faulty item), the cost of delivery in both directions is paid by us.

In case of exchange you can use any delivery service available in your country. We recommend you to use the services allowing to track the parcel with the tracking number. If the parcel is lost and we don't have any shipping information available, we will not be able to accept your return.  

Please note there are no exchanges or refunds on sale / promotional items unless it's faulty.

To be eligible for the return, your item must be:

  • in its original and sellable condition, including original brand packaging and tags still attached (if applicable);
  • unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

Please remember, before you send the item back to us, to pack the item neatly and securely together with the original invoice as proof of purchase. We reserve the right to keep 50% of the original price if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Once your returned item is received, we will notify you by email within 1-2 business days if your exchange/refund is approved or rejected. We will send you the refund within 3-5 business days from the moment we approve the request, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (3-5 business days for refund to be reflected on your credit / debit cards or in your PayPal account). Cash refund is not available.

Faulty/defective items

Email us right away to poizactivewear@gmail.com if you believe your item is faulty. Please submit the picture of the defect with description and you order number. Make sure you do this within 14 days of receiving your item. If the refund is approved, we will reimburse you the full cost (including shipping).
